THE MILE HIGH CLUB

3. Answer all questions listed
4. Then print a copy to enclose with your payment, before you click on the submit button
5. When you get to the departure date -- insert the dates that you would like to reserve in order of preference ( The most desired date first then the next desired date second and third next)
6. If you are reserving a date for a special anniversary such as your wedding or other special day please make sure that you let us know this, either in the comments section or in the departure date area. (we will always try to give you the date you want if possible, Wedding Anniversaries will get top priority
7. Please remember that this once in a lifetime memory is on a first come - first serve basis and because of the overwhelming response Please make your reservation quickly. (This is the hottest romantic ticket in town!)
8. Select the package you want make check payable to: Mile High Club Inc. your Payment must be either a certified or a bank check or money order. We do not accept credit cards to help keep your costs affordable, since credit card companies charge anywhere from 3 to 5 % surcharge, if you want to use your credit card then we suggest that you get a cash advance and deposit it in your checking account or purchase a bank check or money order.

10. There are no refunds or cancellations after you have accepted and agreed to your reservation date & time.
11. Cancellation requests due to medical reasons will be accepted only if accompanied by a doctor's letter with a telephone number for verification that this type of activity will be harmful to the customer's health.
